Schedule and Fees
Classes run from 9:00 to 5:00. Same day registration is available from 8:30 a.m. LocationOur Austin-based training is held at the “Norris Conference Center”:http://www.norriscenters.com/austin.tmpl.htm in the Northcross Mall.
We provide full internet capabilities. If you are bringing a laptop, you may want to bring a wireless card or an ethernet cable. The Summerfield Suites is conveniently located adjacent to the Northcross Mall. Ask for the Norris Conference Center rates of $79 per night. RegistrationTo register for our Austin-based training send email to training@pettichord.com with the following information.
You will receive confirmation by return email. Once registered, you are expected to pay and attend. Our cancellation policy is below. PaymentWe accept payment by check or purchase order. We can also accept credit card payments via paypal. We must receive payment 96 hours prior to be the start of class. Please mail checks to: Pettichord Consulting LLC CancellationsIf you need to cancel your registration, we can provide a raincheck or, in some cases, a refund. We cannot refund class fees in the case of no shows or when cancellation is made less than fourteen days prior to the event. Cancellations made up to fourteen days prior to the event will be assessed a penalty of $100. There is no penalty for cancellations up to 31 days prior to the event. You may always transfer your registration to some one else without penalty. Satisfaction GuarenteeWe guarentee your satisfaction with our training. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your fee. |
